Williamson resident and grade school teacher for 32 years. In 1988, Bliek became the first woman Supervisor for Williamson and the first female member of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors. She Served from 1988 to 1999. Additionally, she wrote "Wayne County Looking Back,"; a history book for 4th-grade students.
