Join a captivating guide on a walking tour through downtown Lyons, New York and learn about the history and haunts of the historic county seat. The tour begins promptly at 7 PM in front of the OLD Wayne County Courthouse (26 Church Street) in Lyons and ends at the Museum of Wayne County History on Butternut Street.

Following the end of the tour, interested or pre-paid guests can jump in line and enjoy 50% off their admission to Terror Behind Bars at the Museum.

• Individual Walking Tour tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids under 12 and are available both online and  “at the steps” the night of
• BOGO tickets - which include admission on the Walking Tour and entry to Terror Behind Bars - are $15 for adults and $7.50 for kids under 12 
• BOGO tickets are available both online and at the door. Additionally, guests who have only purchased individual tickets are still eligible for BOGO pricing at the door for Terror Behind Bars.

In the event we have to cancel the walking tour because of poor weather, anyone who purchased a ticket(s) or RSVP'd will be notified as soon as possible prior to the event and be given the option to reschedule for another night (if applicable) or opt for a refund. Additionally, in the event of same-day cancelations due to bad weather, ticket holders will be contacted, and the same options will be given.

Please note: This tour consists of standing and walking outdoors on uneven ground, both uphill and down, for an extended period of time. Please dress and plan accordingly!

The walking tour begins at 7 PM and the tour guide will wait no later than 7:10 PM.
