4 Faces of War explores Wayne County's participation in all the wars since 1812 through images,
letters, documents, artifacts and sound. A presentation projected in the individual viewing booth
entitled "Our Fallen Heroes" shows the names and some news articles off Wayne County Soldiers
who died in a war.

Board member Janet Wunder looks out over a sea of
Harley's parked on display at Bud's Benefit Bash where
the museum was given a booth for the event. BBB is an
annual event held the 4 th weekend in August on Joy
Road in Sodus.  This annual event raises money for
Wayne County ARC, Trikes for Tots Xerox Corp.
Webster, Missing & Exploited Children and the
Shrinners.   Come check out next years bash and stop
by the Wayne County Historical Society's booth.

TWENTY-SEVEN MEN SERVED AS SHERIFF FROM THE
INCEPTION OF THE WAYNE COUNTY JAIL ON BUTTERNUT
ST. IN 1856 TO ITS CLOSURE IN 1960.  THE EXHIBIT WILL
FEATURE THESE MEN, THEIR LIVES, THEIR FAMILIES AND
SOME OF THE MORE FAMOUS CRIMINALS THEY CAPTURED.

LT. STEVE SKLENAR
LT. SKLENAR WILL GIVE A PRESENTATION ON THE
SHERIFFS OF THE OLD JAIL.
